Reactive < Proactive Application Form

Classes are 60 minutes long and run once a week over 4 weeks*

*Note - Every dog must also have a 30 minute assessment prior to being accepted. Assessment dates will be confirmed prior to classes starting.

Each class is limited to 6 dogs. To ensure the safety of everyone in the class, some dogs may not be able to participate.
